Wall Hanging Block of the Month / November
Skill level: Beginner (familiarity with rotary cutting and 1/4" seam piecing)
Skill Details: You will also be required to have a working knowledge of your sewing machine. The class schedule does not allow the instructor time to assist students with their machines. We recommend you bring your sewing machine manual to class in the event you run into a problem.

Sewing Machine in good working order, cord, foot pedal and 1/4" presser foot

Standard Sewing tools (new machine needle, straight pins, fabric scissors, seam ripper, neutral/matching thread, filled bobbins, etc.)

Rotary cutter with new blade

Cutting Mat
Fabric:

Fabric requirements are as per the pattern found on Page 98 of the book.
- 1/2 yard of background fabric.
- A variety of at least 9 coordinating fabrics. You can use 5" precut squares or Fat Quarters.
Bring lunch or a snack!
