Wanderer's Wife - Quilt Along
The pattern is a puzzle of beautiful blocks that’s brought together with a background of pieced strips. Our first class is designed to provide participants with an overview of the quilt, block construction techniques and fabric considerations. Over the seven sessions, we will work together to break down this pattern into manageable sections and ensuring that you will be fully supported in your next quilting adventure.
Prep Work: Before the first class obtain your pattern and supplies. Pattern and class supplies can be purchased at the Quilted Ewe. Also remember to check that your sewing machine is in good working order and has a new needle.

| Skill Details: | Confident Beginner to Advanced. You will also be required to have a working knowledge of your sewing machine. The class schedule does not allow the instructor time to assist students with their machines. We recommend you bring your sewing machine manual to class in the event you run into a problem. |
| Requirements: | Required Supplies: Jen Kingwell’s Wander’s Wife Quilt Pattern Book. You will be supplied coloring sheets and other supporting resources. Fabric - Cotton quilting fabric. For the first class bring 4-6 different fabrics that make you happy. This quilt will evolve over time, so you do not have to have all of your fabrics selected for the first class. Thread - 50w, 100% cotton thread. Select colors that coordinate with your fabrics. Or you can use neutral colors (beige and gray) which are a safe choice that will work with almost any fabric color. Rotary cutter with a new blade, cutting mat, grid rulers, fabric clips or straight pins, seam ripper, and fabric marking pen. Enthusiasm and a creative spirit |
